“My husband and I have been dining here for 25+ years and it is one of ourfavorite places. The food is always excellent with large portions, service is always wonderful,the desserts are amazing, but we do not love the atmosphere since the remodel - it feelssmaller and more closed in now, sitting right up against the tables beside you. We just dinedhere yesterday and it was very crowded, the wait was about 40 minutes with very limited seatingin the lobby area, so most people were standing and the area was very full. The service andfood were wonderful as always though. I had the lobster bisque and the Penne Ala Vodka withshrimp which both came in a very large portion and they were excellent. We have tried most ofthe menu at this point and never found anything we didn't care for, just truly delicious food. Idefinitely recommend this place but if you go in the evening, be prepared for a wait and keep inmind that they close at 8pm - we arrived at 6pm and we weren't out of there until 8pm. Theywere turning away larger parties while we were waiting because they wouldn't have had seatingfor them before they close, so try to go early, especially if you have a larger party.”

“I haven’t been there in years since the remodel, but it looks amazing! The foodis still as great as I remember! The service and food is top notch. It was a busy night, but wedidn’t have any delay in our meal. The manager stated that it’s usually quicker, and gave us freedessert for the inconvenience! Definitely coming back anytime we’re around Moon, highlyrecommend! We got the buffalo chicken calzone and Cajun chicken and it was excellent!”

“We dined here on 6/18/25. The food was real good as was our waiter. I had theMeatball Casserole which was very good. My wife had the Steak special which she said wasvery good also. The restaurant was remodeled at one point and we didn’t like the atmosphere. Itseemed too closed in were we sat at the first booth in.”

“This was my first visit since the renovation. Unfortunately, the updates makethe dining area feel dull and overly gray, and the lobby now has more of a corporate chainrestaurant vibe. That said, I came for the food—not the atmosphere.

Our server was veryprofessional and attentive, and all of the food was served in a timely manner. The wedding soupwas decent. We started with the stuffed banana peppers, and the sauce, cheese, and sausagecombination was excellent. While the peppers themselves weren’t very tender and were a bitdifficult to cut, I would still recommend the appetizer.

The portion sizes for the entrées wereenormous. The Penne alla Vodka with shrimp was delicious, though I would have preferredtraditional shrimp instead of butterfly shrimp. If you enjoy manicotti, I’d also recommend it—itwas very tasty. The meatballs were tender and flavorful, highly recommend.”
